We are a Ugandan incorporated think tank driven by the need for research and muscle to build resilient individuals, advocates and organizations to protect, defend and strengthen rule of law, justice and constitutionalism in Uganda and Africa at large.

To defend and uphold the Constitution of Uganda through research, strategic litigation, public interest advocacy, and civic empowerment, ensuring the protection of human rights and the rule of law and justice.
